PRICING AND PAYMENT
Within each tab, it will include the price of the session, as well as the add-on price for extra images and the turnaround time frame for photos. A deposit of HALF is due when booking the date you've requested. This deposit is to SECURE your spot on my schedule. The remaining amount of payment is due the DAY BEFORE the scheduled session date.
CANCELLATIONS
With this being a new issue I have experienced since moving out of town, I will be enforcing a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $75. This is not something I want to do, but it is something I have to enforce. Due to making a 2-hour drive home for the majority of my sessions I am no longer doing a "last minute cancellation" due to sickness, or other reasons... Not saying they aren't valid reasons but I've heard multiple reasons within my 4 years of photography.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
When it comes to inclement weather, this is an exception to the $75 cancellation fee. Weather is out of my hands, as well as yours and I completely understand this!! More information in regards to this will be found in contract.
CONTRACTS
This is also something, I needed to enforce a LONG time ago. Aside from mini-session bookings, every session will consist of a contract with guidelines including the following... Pricing, Payment, Cancellation, Booking, Turn Around Timelines, and Client Expectation policies. This is and will be a validated contract.
REFUNDS
This is controversial to some, however I do NOT do refunds!!
RAW IMAGES OR CHANGE OF EDITING
I do NOT offer raw images to my clients, nor do I change my editing to fit one's aesthetic or theme. I edit ways in which I see fit for the session and to my editing style.
