It's nice to meet you! My name is Whitney Haynes, I am a 23-year-old business owner. I am a rising photographer in the Western Kentucky area. I was born and raised in Henderson, KY, and decided right before graduating high school that I would pursue one of my lifelong dreams and become a professional photographer in my hometown. Hince the name Hometown Proud Photography.


I currently reside in Lexington, KY , and intend to start building clientele this year!


I recently graduated with my Bachelor of Science Degree and am working on obtaining my Master's Degree in Middle School Counseling! I am also an alumni cheerleader for Murray State University! So I will forever be cheering for the RACERS!


I love love LOVE talking and meeting new people! Which is a huge part of me in my work with photography! I am a CHATTER BOX, and there is no telling what we will talk about during our time together while capturing your moments!!!


So I am sure you're wondering what is my why? Why photography? From, a very early age I begged to have my photos taken, and since have transitioned into a woman who wanted to be behind the camera lens to take photos of others. I thrive on seeing the joy it brings to people's faces when they look at precious moments I have captured. The feeling it brings is truly unmatched.

What Do I Offer?

I plan to make this year, the year of CHANGE for not only myself personally but in my business as well!

This past year has been a roller coaster of a year for Hometown Proud Photography, so I have decided to cut back what I offer so that way I can ensure you the best of what I can do.

I will be specializing in seniors, six month milestone sessions, first birthday sessions, college cap and gown sessions, and mini sessions (ocassionally)
